Sometimes the best moments are the simplest ones.

A photo with my dad. Time with my husband. Being with my sisters. The people who remind me where I came from and of all the pieces of life that helped make me who I am.

Life moves so quickly, and these moments always seem far too brief. So I’m reminding myself to slow down, soak them in, never forget where I came from, and take time to pick a few flowers along the way.

Because in the end, I think a beautiful life is made up of exactly this — the people we love, the places that feel like home, and being present enough to appreciate it while it’s happening.

Living the life I don’t need a vacation from. ❤️🌻

What a wonderful week at Nana Camp! We packed our days with adventures, laughter, sweet moments, and memories I’ll treasure forever. Watching the world through Hadley’s eyes is such a gift.

We sure missed our little guy, Rawlings, and can’t wait until he’s making Nana Camp memories with us too. Until next year, my heart is full.

Lately I’ve been making my own grab-and-go protein drinks instead of buying the bottled ones. It’s honestly one of the easiest ways I’ve found to cut back on all the extra oils, gums, artificial sweeteners, and random ingredients I can’t pronounce.

Just real ingredients, good protein, healthy fats, and something that actually keeps me full and energized without the crash. Simple feels better lately.
