Hello everyone! I’m Rex Paxton and it has been a while since I’ve been on social media, talking about what I’m doing, so here’s an update and a little re-introduction of myself and my goals.

I’ve dedicated my career to the pursuit of artistry, leadership, and excellence.

What began as a passion for creating beauty has become a mission to inspire confidence, creativity, and growth — both in the salon and beyond. Over the years, I’ve learned that true success isn’t just about perfecting technique, but about elevating people — clients, stylists, and teams — to realize their full potential.

As the founder of The Capital Salon & Suites and Hair & Scalp Solutions, I’m proud to lead spaces that merge innovation, education, and wellness. My goal has always been to create environments where artistry thrives, business grows, and people feel seen and empowered.
