Learning hair shouldn’t feel like guessing.

Too many new stylists are handed a chair and expected to figure it out alone. Our apprenticeship is designed to give you the guidance, experience, and time needed to truly learn the craft.

For 9–12 months, you’ll work side-by-side with me, shadowing every client while gaining hands-on experience with consultations, color formulation, cutting, and the real rhythm of salon life.

This program is intentionally small so apprentices receive direct mentorship and hands-on experience.

During the program you’ll receive:
• Full client shadowing
• Hands-on learning as you assist and grow
• Continued education within the salon
• Hourly pay during apprenticeship shifts
• Commission structure as you begin opening your books

The goal is to build confidence, skill, and a sustainable career behind the chair.

The apprentices who grow the most here are the ones who stay curious, ask questions, and take initiative.
