September's product of the month is one of Tabby's favorite hair products! The Amika line. Amika has 11 different collections that are for every hair type and texture! Meet Tabby!


Tabby has been with us here at Simply You for quite a few years now. She has 17 years in the hair industry and is growing her business every day. Tabby has certified herself as a stylist in many things. Included in those certifications are, Dream Catchers hair extensions (Weft, K-tip, I-tip and Tape-ins), Brazilian Blowouts, Barbicide covid-19 disinfection, Matrix color, Amika artistry and Domestic violence knowledge training. Tabby also does many services we have at Simply you. She is trained in hair services (haircuts, Brazilian blowouts, colors), Waxing services (all facial waxing) and nail services (manicures, pedicures and shellac color changes).

We asked Tabby what made her choose Cosmetology. She stated " I love doing color, mixing and creating. I love my job because I get to make my clients feel so good about themselves. There is nothing like seeing your client leave your chair with a look of love for their hair and themselves."

Favorite Nail polish: I love shellac polish! It is dry instantly!

Nail polish colors you recommend : I love Oxblood for fall! It is such a beautiful deep red color. I also love Elephantiasic pink for summer and spring.

Favorite Hair color: Blondes! Blondes can be challenging to take on- but I love the challenge. There are also so many different shades of blondes. They are fun to create!

Favorite Hair products- Amika! The Amika line I absolutely love because it has a product for every client.

Hobbies: Horseback riding, Painting and drawing.

What you love about working at Simply You: I love working here at Simply you because we have such a great team! It does not feel like we are employees- we are family. We all push one another to do better, and we all have been here for one another throughout life. We also all have the same mission for our clients. We want every single one of our clients that walk through our doors to know we strive to achieve all their hair wants and goals.
