Somehow I blinked and it’s been 10 years.

29 year old Ami might have been having a mild mid life crisis. I up and left an amazing career in marketing to come back to the beauty industry to start at the bottom. I remember thinking “did I just make a horrible decision?”

I was so unsure and so nervous in the beginning, my confidence was non existent. I pushed myself to learn this industry, I threw myself into it fully because I was determined to be successful. Fast forward and 10 years later i’ve made so many amazing nail industry friends, worked with some amazing companies & people, worked at some crazy nails shows, built my business, went through a pandemic, rebuilt my business & opened a salon to call my own.

Each experience has helped me grow so much into who I am now, all of which I’m so grateful for.

In 10 years theres been a lot of holding hands, creating some pretty amazing nails (if I do say so), sharing life’s amazing ups and unfortunately some downs together.
