I apologize for not attending the market tomorrow. I ha e been tracking the weather all week and it forecasted with high certainty that it was going to storm tomorrow morning. Now, it looks like the threat will be gone before market even begins. In order for me to have my bread, I have to bulk feed my starter on Wednesday evening, make and proof dough all Thursday and bake all day and night Friday. With the forecast of the weather, I chose to not risk it and have to try to get rid of 30 loaves of sourdough or toss it all. So I apologize for my bad call this week. Excited to see my regular customers tomorrow and for making new customers this coming year at the Rolla Saturday Farmer's Market. Also excited to see my neighboring vendors that make this market so wonderful. We truly have a great group of vendors that produce some amazing products. New batches of my best sellers today. Calendula and Tallow soaps.

I have stood strong on not adding any preservatives or parabens in my products and it has prevented me from making a lot of other products. And I am okay with that. I have a wonderful client base that support me. My tallow moisturizing creams has been based on 3 key ingredients...100% Grass fed Tallow, jojoba oil, Rosehip oil and castor oil. I have been debating on making some creams with added vegetables glycerine to add a humectant into my products for better absorption. It is a natural glycerine that comes from vegetables and oils like coconut oil to provide moisture. I would like some feedback on whether or not my customers would be on board with adding this to my creams or if you would prefer for me to stick to the formula that I have had for the last two years.
