Zensations Therapeutic Massage

One month from today, 20 women are going to drive up to Bernhards Bay, turn off the car, and realize nobody needs anything from them for four whole days. 🍂

No lunches to pack. No group chat to answer. No being "on."

Just bodywork, nervous system work, time in nature, real rest, and space to actually hear yourself think again.

Pumpkin spice season is here, and honestly? We think your face deserves it more than your latte does. 🎃

Quick fact most people don't know: your face has over 40 muscles. Your jaw is one of the hardest-working muscles you've got. Think about every clench at your desk, every tense drive home, every "I'm fine." All of that lives in your face.

So we made October cozy. The Pumpkin Spice Fassage is 90 minutes of full-body massage plus facial massage, wrapped in the warmest scent of the season.

And this month only, it's 15% off. Just use the code PUMPKIN when you book.

Book a Saturday afternoon, or the day after a rough week. Then let your whole body (face included 😌) finally unclench.

Be honest: where do you hold your stress? Jaw, shoulders, or "yes"? 👇

Your shoulders called. They’re ready for October. 😉

We’re moving The Guide Within.

New dates: May 21–24, 2027.

Here’s why: the original Sunday–Wednesday window asked you to give up a weekend day and two weekdays — time away from work, from family, from the parts of life that don’t pause just because you’re ready for a retreat. I heard that. So we moved it.

Same retreat. Same Vanderkamp. Same work. Just dates that don’t ask you to choose between this and everything else you’re holding.

More details coming soon — for now, know it’s happening, and it’s happening for you.

Here's something April says to almost every first-time coaching client:

"The life you want isn't that far. You're just carrying beliefs about yourself that aren't yours, and nobody ever helped you put them down."

That's the work. Not affirmations. Not a vision board. A real, honest conversation about what's actually happening and what's actually possible.

April is opening up 1-on-1 spots. In-person here at Zensations or virtually, wherever you are in the world. You bring the willingness. She brings the rest.

Call (315) 339-9100 to book. Or DM us and we'll get you set up. The first step is just making the call. 💚
