Pregnancy can bring beautiful changes, but it can also bring aches, tension, swelling, and discomfort. Pre-natal massage is designed to help expecting mothers relax, ease muscle tension, reduce common pregnancy aches, and promote overall comfort as the body changes.

❕My Pre-Natal Guidelines❕

For the safety and comfort of mom and baby, all pre-natal massages are performed side-lying only.

1st Trimester: Massage is not offered during the first trimester.

2nd Trimester: Massage is offered from the hips upward only and is performed side-lying.

3rd Trimester: Full-body massage is offered, performed entirely in a comfortable side-lying position.

Your comfort, safety, and well-being are my priority. If you have any pregnancy complications or concerns, please consult with your healthcare provider before booking.
