Dear God, thank You for this day. Thank You for breathing life into me. Thank You for being my constant source of peace and strength. Thank You for never leaving my side, even when my heart is heavy. When worries overwhelm me, remind me that You are near and that I can always find rest in You. Help me release my fears and trust in Your presence. Calm my thoughts and give me Your peace. I know that with You, I can face whatever comes my way. I surrender my anxieties to You, trusting that You are always with me through it all. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

But Jesus immediately said to them: “Take courage. It is I. Don’t be afraid.” -Matthew 14:27

Dear God, thank You for another day. Thank You for being right beside me as I face this day. You are my firm foundation, the rock on which I stand. You are my source of protection and strength. With You by my side, I am more than a conqueror. You fight for me, protect me, and lead me beside still waters. With You, all things are possible, and I am never alone. Thank You for being my strength and salvation. Thank You for crushing the devil’s schemes, and that no weapon formed against me shall prosper. You already won the victory, and I thank You for hearing my prayer. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come. -Proverbs 31:25

Dear God, I’m so thankful for another day. I’m grateful that You woke me up this morning and gave me the gift of life. Things have been hard lately, and I’ve been struggling with anxiety that sometimes makes me feel like I can’t continue on. I need Your help. I ask that You calm my anxiety and replace it with Your peace. Your peace is all that I need to keep going. Your word has every answer that I need to not give up. I give You my anxiety, knowing that You are greater than everything that comes against me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Cast your burden on the Lord, and He will sustain you; He will never permit the righteous to be moved. -Psalm 55:22
