It’s been a while since I’ve done a proper reintroduction, and we’ve got a lot of new faces here, so hi, I’m Roxanne. 💗

I’m the NP and owner of Radiance By Roxanne, and I still love what I do just as much as I did the day I started my practice in 2020.

I’ve been a nurse since 2006 (over 20 years now) and a Nurse Practitioner since 2013 (board-certified through AANP). I got my Bachelor’s in Nursing from Saint Anthony’s and my Master’s from NIU.

Aesthetics became my true calling, and continuing my education has always been a priority. I’ve traveled to at least 25 aesthetic conferences and worked through hundreds of online training courses/webinars.

More recently, my focus has turned toward hormone/thyroid optimization. I’ve even completed the courses with HRT University and stay connected with their community to keep learning. It’s become one of my favorite parts of this work!

Outside the practice, I’m a triplet mom, so chaos is basically my normal setting, but those three are my whole world. This year is extra special too, since I’m getting married this September. My fiancé and I have 9 children between us, ranging in age from 8 to 17! He also has a set of twins that are the same age as my triplets!

Whether you’re new here or you’ve been with me a while, thank you for being part of this. Helping you feel more confident in your own skin is why I keep showing up and keep learning. I love this work, and this community even more!
