‼️Updated Policy - Effective Immediately‼️

Please understand, hair isn’t just beauty for me, this is my livelihood. I set my personal standards high, and strive to always give my clients the utmost respect for their time. I do this by securing and honoring your scheduled appointment. In return, I ask that clients respect my time as well. Because of my commitment to you, I cannnot accept walk in clients and it is difficult for me to fill appointments within the times you cancel. If I reserve a spot for you, you will be required to pay for 80% of that service whether you make it in or not.

-All cancellations/reschedules require 48 hour notice to avoid paying for the missed service.

-If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, I cannot guarantee your service can be completed. While I do always try my best to accommodate, timing varies based on the condition of your hair and what you have scheduled . I will not jeopardize the quality of the service I perform for you, nor cut into other client’s time. In this case, it will be treated as a missed service.

-Payments for missed appointments are applied to the missed appointment only. It will not be applied to future appointments, this is to cover my lost revenue.

-You will not be permitted to schedule future appointments until 80% of the missed appointment is paid in full.

I do not wish to lose any of my clients. I appreciate each of you, and the relationships we have built. I have been experiencing a significant increase in missed appointments and last minute cancellations, which has caused me to now enforce this policy.
