New Business Hours ✨

Hi everyone! 🤍 I wanted to share a little update to my salon schedule!

As my clientele continues to grow, I’m going to be transitioning from working 5 days a week to 3 days a week, but I’ll be extending my hours on those days to make sure I can still fit in as many appointments as possible!

✨ New salon hours:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday| 10 AM–7 PM

This will allow me to have full days of work while still keeping a consistent schedule for my clients. As my books continue to grow, I will extend my hours and add additional days when needed to accommodate everyone!

I’m so thankful for everyone who continues to support my business and keep my books busy! Thank you for trusting me with your hair and supporting my small business!

Going forward, all new appointments will follow my updated schedule.

If you already have an appointment scheduled during a day or time that I no longer regularly work, your appointment is still good and will continue as scheduled! There is no need to reschedule!

With me starting to get busier and squeezing clients in, I need to start enforcing a couple of policies. These things have just been happening a little too much recently, and as my schedule gets busier, I want to make sure I’m being fair to everyone and respectful of my time!

Cancellation & No show policy

I completely understand that things come up and plans can change! However, I kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total.

No-shows will also be subject to a 30% fee and may require a deposit to book future appointments.

Thank you all so much for understanding and respecting my time as a small business owner! 🤍 I truly appreciate every single one of you and your continued support!

This policy is effective immediately and will apply to all appointments moving forward. 🤍
