For anyone looking to rent a great space with great neighbors in the downtown Roseburg area, message me. This space is street front with off-street free parking for you and your clients. You must be in the health & beauty industry as the entire building is made up of people in the same field. You must also be an independent contractor and be able to manage your own clientele. There is no reception. The building has been completely renovated, has keyless security entry, a beautiful waiting room and all of the neighboring suites are quiet and respectful. The landlord is very easy to work with and cares for the building and it's renters regularly. Since this is my old space and I loved my neighbors, I am looking for a clean, kind, respectful, NO DRAMA renter. We have a great group of women and men who work side by side and only want to encourage each other and build each other's businesses. I am reaching out to everyone today to let you know that after much prayer & serious consideration I have decided to retire & permanently close Raw Earth Natural Nail Spa.

This was definitely not the original plan for how I would retire, but between the most recent injury with my back, the events of these past 3 months, the new regulations & frankly an unpredictable future, it has forced my hand to call it quits a few years sooner.

I can't express to you how it saddens me to say goodbye after 10 incredible years with most of you, how much I'll miss you or how I've struggled with all the factors that brought me to this conclusion.

I've spent this downtime really reconnecting with the Lord & I feel his pull shifting me in a new direction. I am both nervous and excited, but I trust in him completely and wholeheartedly....so place me where you need me Lord and I will go willingly and without question. 😊

I truly appreciate each and every one of you for making Raw Earth Natural Nail Spa the success it has been and for the friendships we've created together that will last a lifetime.

Hey everyone,

GOOD NEWS!!!! As many of you may have heard, Douglas County just got the go-ahead for reopening in phase 1. This is such great news for so many businesses in our county as well as those who need and enjoy their services. What a great way to go into the weekend, with spirits lifted, smiles on our faces and the thought of some sense of normal underway. I am so happy for all the businesses that will be opening their doors tomorrow. What a blessing!

Unfortunately for me, I am going on my 8th week of continuing to wait for any kind of funding after 2 months of lost wages which are absolutely necessary to recover in order for me to be able to afford to comply with all of the required reopening guidelines, which by the way, are lengthy and I won't even begin to bore you with them all.

So with a heavy heart I am asking you all to please bare with me a little longer. While I miss you all SO SO much and I understand your personal needs, I still do not have an opening date in mind yet for Raw Earth Natural Nail Spa. I am working on a game plan and trying to line things up. It's just impossible at this point to move forward without the financial ability to do so.

Until then, please enjoy your new freedom and shop those businesses fortunate enough to be opening up tomorrow and let's get our working families, small businesses, retail stores and our economy back on track.

Ok my sweet & patient clients here's where we're at:

While the IMPENDING DATE to begin reopening salons in our state is set for May 15th, this IS NOT a definite. Individual counties must approve it first. There are also some very specific & strict guidelines that we as owners need to be following in order to comply.

Some of these guidelines require a complete transformation to how my space is set up, changes to how you as a client will be able to recieve services, how services will be performed by me, required PPE, health screenings, different sanitation practices & more. All of this will require both time & money. Money of which I haven't seen in 7 weeks, 8 by the time of the reopening date and I absolutely cannot spend any of our personal money (my husband still works) not knowing if I will ever be financially compensated for the cost after I make all of the necessary changes.

So while I would love to give you all an accurate date of when Raw Earth Natural Nail Spa itself will reopen, I do not have that date as of now. Please accept my heartfelt apology and know that I am working on a plan for all of these things from my end.

Until then, give yourselves a big hug for me and know that I'm thinking of you and missing you every day and putting your health and safety first. Please feel free to text me if you need absolutely anything. You've always been more than my clients, you're my friends and I am always here for you.

I just wanted to reach out to all of you and let you know that I'm thinking of you and missing each and every one of you so much. I've always appreciated and felt the blessing of our time together, but now I REALLY REALLY appreciate it on a whole new level.

I miss working, I miss looking at my schedule and seeing all of your names in my book for the week and I miss connecting with all of you and hearing the new chapters in your stories, but I mostly miss hugging all of you before you leave my shop. 😭

In the meantime, be sure you are showing yourselves some love and patience and be sure to spend a little quiet time with the Lord each day. He is trying to draw our eyes back to him. This is our time to push that reset button and really connect with him. 🙏
