Instead, I focus on letting the conditioner sit a little longer in the shower, then rinsing based on what the hair actually needs.

After the shower is where I customize ✨

Rather than one generic leave-in conditioner, I use targeted leave-in treatments depending on the hair:
• protein support
• moisture balance
• anti-frizz protection
• strengthening
• humidity defense

Not every curl needs the same thing every wash day. Healthy curls come from understanding what the hair is lacking — not just layering products on top of it.
