A Much Kneaded Massage LLC

Such amazing people in the RAPID lower body class. Why does everyone have to live so far away!?!?

This is the modality Im offering

Myth or fact? Here are a few common myths about manual therapy.

✨ Something NEW has arrived at A Much Kneaded Massage! ✨

After 20+ years of doing massage, I’ve added a completely different tool to my toolbox: RAPID Neural Fascia Reset.

And no, it’s not another type of deep tissue massage. 😉

RAPID is:
🧠 Focused on communicating with the nervous system
🎯 Extremely precise rather than broad or forceful
👕 Done fully clothed
🚫 No lotion or oil
⏱️ Typically only 15–30 minutes
💪 Currently focused on the upper body

Instead of spending an hour working through layers of muscle, RAPID uses very specific points and movements to help your nervous system rethink how it is responding to an area of tension, discomfort, or restricted movement.

Sometimes your body doesn't need more pressure. Sometimes it needs different information.

I'm especially excited to try this with clients who have those stubborn areas that seem to keep coming back no matter how much we massage them.

If you've got a neck, shoulder, arm, or upper-body issue that has been stubbornly refusing to cooperate, RAPID might be worth trying.

📲 Message me or book your RAPID session online!

This is a new modality I'm adding to my practice, and I'm currently trained in the upper-body portion only.

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and a relaxing holiday weekend!

I wanted to let you know that I experienced some technical difficulties with my Small Business Saturday email, and unfortunately it didn’t go out as planned. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience!

Because of the mix-up, I’m extending the sale through Monday.
