She wanted a glamorous look with a 1950's feel and I think we nailed it here. Her and I go way back, 15 years ago when her and I were server's together I remember telling her, "I am dying to do your makeup one day, your bone structure is just amazing!" So, I got my wish and extra bonus of doing her hair too in this sleek side bun style.

Self care day today was the best! Never felt better without makeup on. Then from there I popped over to Meridian and had a faabulous full body massage by EGMassage&Wellness and it was pure heaven.

I celebrate me today and I never really give myself enough love so today I'm doing it. I have worked hard, I am healthy, I do yoga all the time and live a healthy lifestyle. I've done this natural remedy for years and it's worked wonders for me! It's not a secret, it's all over the internet. HIGHLY recomend doing it at night though before bed, as the Turmeric can stain your skin a little until the next time you wash your face.

Along with my regular skin care, this mask is amazing and its completely natural, with zero harsh chemicals. Its a simple mask using raw local honey, Turmeric, and a few drops of fresh lemon juice. This helps to brighten, even out skin tone, and will help anyone with inflamed acne. The Turmeric targets pigmentation and is very anti-inflammatory so it will help red, inflamed acne. Lemon juice helps to exfoliate due to citric acid and is loaded with vitamin c for brightening. While honey is very soothing and moisturizing, balancing out the other ingredients.

For one treatment you don't need much. I mix around 1/4tsp, equal part honey, and a few drips of lemon juice to make a paste. Give it a try! You'll be surprised 😉
