One way to transition into your gray hair is to foil and soften your line of regrowth. This was the second session for my client Cali. In her case I lighted everything and glossed it the first time and second time I put dark and light pieces throughout because as you can see she still does have a lot of dark into the back of her head. Over the years Cali has always tried to achieve a cool light brown but with the full coverage route it has to have pigments to fill the non-pigmented hair making it fade warmer than desired.
