Egg White Pancakes 🥞🍯
12 Egg white pancake's only 250cals for the WHOLE BOWL🙌🏻 Recipe 👇🏻👇🏻
Ingredients:
•1C egg whites
•1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or use any flavor)
•1Tbls Blackberry Jam
•1Tbls Agave (sugar-free syrup would be good too)
Cooking instructions:
• add your egg whites to the mixing bowl along with your vanilla extract or favorite extract flavor.
• Mix on high for about 5 to 8 minutes or until stiff peak.
• Spoon egg white mix into muffin pan, put into oven at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. (makes 12 pancake pancakes)
