Just a year back, I was informed that incorporating sugaring into Life Time’s offerings was out of the question. Rather than accepting that, I proactively sought employment—any role would do. In just three weeks, I landed a position that eventually enabled me to enhance the operations of Sugared Beauty Bar, despite having no formal business experience. Growth necessitates a willingness to learn, and that education often comes at a cost. With the backing of my incredible team and a commitment to the journey, I have expanded from one location to three.
