I like listening to books and podcasts I've been an esthetician for over 10 years and here's my story... My journey to becoming an esthetician began over 10 years ago, when I started suffering from adult acne and didn't know, liked, or trusted anyone to turn to for help. ⁠ As the years went by, my acne was getting worse and started affecting my self-esteem 😞 ⁠ ⁠ Most Dermatologists prescribe oral antibiotics to clear acne which in my opinion works as a bandaid and doesn't get to the core of the issue! ⁠ ⁠ I knew there had to be a way to clear my acne without going on medication, so I decided to learn about skin and the way it functions to find a long-term solution. ⁠ ⁠ Fast forward to today, I am a licensed esthetician, and certified Face Reality acne specialist helping and teaching other women how to clear their acne and keep it under control. ⁠ If you are challenged with a skin condition; acne, rosacea, melasma, or just not happy with the way your skin looks at the moment, I want you to know you are beautiful just as you are 🤍⁠ I am also the host of The Skin Coach in Georgia Podcast sharing my skincare knowledge, and hoping to be a resource for women, a safe space where they can ask questions (an esthetician friend I didn't have) ♡
