Jello, I'm Aaron! I want to thank you for becoming a part of my hair family. My goal, to unlock your beauty's potential. Why? We all deserve to feel sexy!

One thing you need to know about me is that I come from a long lineage of military members.

Both my biological dad and adopted dad served in the military. All of my grandfathers (biological and adopted) served in the military. And my mom was a high security prison guard…

Needless to say, I grew up with the expectation to execute important tasks FLAWLESSLY.

The challenge was, every detail was seen as important growing up so I couldn’t catch a break. šŸ˜…

One thing my adopted dad used to tell me before he passed away was that it didn’t matter what job you take on. ā€œYou are EXPECTED to give your all, no matter what.ā€ If your job was to rake leaves, exceed expectations. If your job is to sweep sidewalks, find ways to go up and beyond.

He taught me the importance of work ethic and giving it all that you got. That same work ethic helped me land jobs and promotions throughout my corporate career and it continues to help me go up and beyond for my #bulletproof students!

What I love about this video is that this gentleman (The Popcorn Guy on TikTok) could have decided to serve popcorn regularly, but he decided to go a step beyond and give his customers an experience they won’t forget (while also having fun with it). Likely, this video will continue to go viral and completely change this man’s life.

I’m not saying you should overexert yourself. I’m saying in a world where many people want to get by, by doing the bare minimum… going that extra mile is what might separate you from your peers or competitors.
