I'm so glad she finally came out with her struggle, as I must admit I was concerned.
So now idiots can stop taunting her and all good people can at least wish her well, if not pray for her quick and complete recovery.
I know she is a beacon to every cancer patient.
The photo of her when she first met Mila brought a sob.
And this photo of Mila encouraging Kate is too precious!
What a memory for Mila to know that she was able to encourage one of the most famous cancer patients in the world!

I am a YUGE fan of AARP and an even bigger fan of the Facebook Groups The Ethel Circle and The Ethel-on-the-Go!
If you don't know, AARP is for everyone 50 and over. A modest annual dues nets you a great magazine and a newsletter full of useful info.
They are fighting for the rights of seniors, and face it, everyone is going to be one - if you're lucky! Whenever I feel like whining about bodily changes, I think of my 31-year-old father who would have been thrilled to have these problems!
The Circle is a great place to ask for advice and share stories.
Many are forming IRL groups in their communities.
I'll be doing that soon - retiring 10 days!!
The On-the-Go is the same, but all about travel.

An FB friend of mine took her in from Ukraine in April 2022.
Tonight Vika won Chef of the Year for the Harbour Hotels group just 12 months after she started her pastry chef training!
She has worked so incredibly hard and become the most amazing chef. What a star! Congratulations Vika!
