Too excited to share (with permission) this visual before and after of a 90 minute lymphatic massage completed this morning! 💥👀💥

Chief Concerns: Slow recovery from illness, with head stuffiness, pain under clavicle, especially the right; and throat/jaw neck pain.
👀 Poor thing NEEDED a lymphatic session badly.

In the first photo I had already done some work to the right side of the face before I thought to ask for photos. So you can do a side by side kind of comparison.
The second photo is completed lymphatic work to both sides. Amazing! Always!

Lots of swelling eliminated and clearer lymph nodes to excellerate the removal of any residual virus and toxic cells!

My daughter, Tasha Patterson and I attended a mosaic lamp making class by Art Masters in Round Rock this weekend. It was so cute and fun. 🛋🫖☕️🫂

Her little lamp was amazing!
Mine looks more like a Temu lamp (lol!) but idc I still love it and its going in the studio! Haha! ✨️💡✨️

If the class comes through again I most definitely recommend going. What a lovely day we had together. We even indulged in some Hop Doddy burgers to finish the day. 🫂

It reminds me how important to peace it is to sometimes, just ✋️ stop and take the moments to yourself that matter. What a blessing to have family to share memories with. 💕

Didn't get pics of us, 😕 we were too focused on beads. Haha! But got a couple of the venue and lamps.
