✨This means that we don’t gate keep. A Stylist in our salon can work with us and at another salon. There a lots of reasons why we do this but the main one is that we don’t have non-compete clauses.

✨At this salon, I do everything I can to educate the staff on how to grow themselves and their business behind the chair. This happens through quarterly salon education and one-on-one coaching sessions.
