Today we honor the brave men and women who gave their lives for our nation.

We remember their sacrifice, we are grateful for the freedom we enjoy, and we pray for every family carrying the weight of that cost.

Honoring the brave.
Grateful for the free.

Your throwing arm needs recovery (not compression!)

If youโ€™re a pitcher, quarterback, golfer, tennis player, or any athlete who depends on your shoulder and arm, the way you sleep matters.

A lot of athletes spend all night sleeping directly on the same arm they need to perform with the next day. That means hours of pressure on the shoulder, restricted blood flow, compressed tissue, and irritated nerves.

Then they wake up tight, sore, stiff, or โ€œjust not loose,โ€ and wonder why.

Your body heals when you sleep, but only if you give it room to heal.

Protect the arm you throw with.
Support your body.
Stop crushing the tissue youโ€™re asking to perform.

Small changes in sleep posture can make a big difference in how your body feels, recovers, and moves.

The book that names what standard pediatric care was never designed to find is now on Kindle.
Every Baby Hurts by Kenneth R. Moench.

Thirty years of releasing pain from adult and athlete bodies and the discovery that started with a three-week-old grandson and changed everything. Fascia. Pre-birth restriction. The crying that gets called colic. And what becomes possible when someone finally looks at the actual cause.

Now in paperback and on Kindle. Link in bio.

You can train hard, lift heavier, and run faster, but if your body is tight and locked up, youโ€™ll never reach your true potential. Flexibility isnโ€™t optional; itโ€™s the key to peak performance and injury prevention.

Watch Ken demonstrate how Moench Method therapy opens tight muscles, restores range of motion, and helps athletes move faster, stronger, and safer.

Your baby won't stop crying.

You've tried the swaddle. The swing. The drops. The formula switch. The chiropractor your sister-in-law swore by.

The pediatrician shrugs. Says it's "just colic." Says it'll pass around 12 weeks.

12 weeks.

That's three months of screaming. Three months of your nervous system fraying. Three months of googling at 3am while you bounce a red-faced baby who can't tell you what hurts.

Here's what nobody told you:

Colic isn't a diagnosis. It's a label we give babies when we've run out of things to check.

And there's one thing almost nobody is checking โ€” the fascia. The connective tissue that wraps every muscle, every organ, every nerve. Birth compresses it. Forceps twist it. C-sections pull it. And when fascia gets stuck, the body stays in fight-or-flight. Digestion suffers. Sleep fractures. Crying becomes the only language left.

The Moench Methodยฎ finds those restrictions and releases them. Gently. In minutes. Parents often see the shift in one session.

Your baby isn't broken. Your baby is trying to tell you something. You're not failing โ€” you were just never given the right map.

Save this for the 3am scroll. Send it to the mom who needs it.
