We have become aware of a person making social-media video and online reviews containing false allegations that Round Rock Beauty Supply is “price gouging,” illegally manipulating sales tax, and intentionally overcharging customers based on race.

Her TikTok video is in comments.

The receipt from the POS and print out shows it's "the sales tax" she's confused and choose to continue with the false narratives.

These allegations are FALSE.

We are sharing the video so our customers can see exactly what has been said about our business and understand why we are addressing this publicly.

We have retained documentation of the transactions, pricing, receipts, and statements being made about our business. We are taking this matter very seriously and are evaluating our legal options regarding the publication and continued distribution of false statements that could damage our business and reputation.

We welcome honest customer feedback and will always address legitimate concerns. However, there is a clear difference between sharing an honest opinion and publicly presenting false allegations as facts.

We strongly encourage anyone who has seen these claims to look at the actual facts and documentation before accepting, sharing, or repeating them.

We will not allow misinformation about our business, our employees, or our family to go unanswered.

Our reputation was built over more than a decade of serving this community, and we intend to protect it.

We take our customers, our business, and our reputation seriously—and we will take appropriate action to protect all three.
