Swallows are social birds that tend to gather and nest together. Wine tasting is a social experience, best shared with friends. Barn Swallows also represent rebirth or new beginnings. Swallow Wines is a rebirth for us, leaving our corporate careers of 20+ years in software technology and retail management to chart a new course and dream of owning a winery.
Swallow Wines provides a platform for small/boutique wine producers that don't distribute and underrepresented voices (LGBTIA+, Women, BIPOC) in the winemaking community to share a fresh perspective that will lead to a new era of innovation and creativity, drawing in a new customer base.
You can see our owner, Valerie, a coupe times a month on a Friday having a sip or two.
