Be mindful of heat: Minimize heat styling and use a heat protectant spray whenever you do use hot tools.

Sleep like a queen: Avoid sleeping with wet extensions. Braid your hair loosely before bed to prevent tangling.

Salon love: Regularly visit your hairstylist for maintenance appointments. Depending on the type of extensions you have, this could be every 4-8 weeks.
