Located next door to Tailored Barber Co. & Tattoos inside the former Weber State Roy campus, students will train in a real classroom connected to a real working shop.

After 20 years behind the chair, Joe Flores is stepping into the role he was meant for—teaching, mentoring, and developing the next generation alongside Jared Black, Julian Gomez, and Anthony Flores. 🖤

Why did we build an academy? Because there was a need.

Utah’s new instructor education requirements created a major roadblock for licensed barbers, cosmetologists, nail technicians, estheticians, and electrologists ready to become educators.

Too many barriers. Too few options. Too much gatekeeping.

So instead of complaining about the problem…
