Once upon a really long time ago I graduated from cosmetology school in New Mexico. After I moved back to Utah, I did nails for a while. At the time, a license was not required.
Now, I am happy to say that approximately May 1, I am going to be working in a salon again in the evenings and Saturdays. I will need to have models and clients to get my Utah license. Luckily there is an apprentice program so I can play with nails and get my hours at the same time!
