After 37 years, we will close here at Upstares Salon. There have been so many wonderful people that have passed through our doors, and I have worked with alongside some great stylists. We will be open until December 23rd and having a Aveda sale, (20% off) to celebrate the salon.
I want to thank everyone involved with the salon over the years and for all the love and laughs. We are still in the process of contacting our clients about our next chapter in doing hair. (Where and when.)

FYI……Main St in Downtown Royal Oak will be closed tomorrow , Tuesday for re paving.

Soooo, as of 1:30 PM today, Friday, June 24th, we are on our second day of no phone lines, Wi-Fi or credit card machine. Please spread the word. Royal Oak outside construction cut our line. Hopefully be back up soon. 

It’s been 36yrs to the day that we opened the doors here at Upstares Salon and we’re still having a blast ! Stop by to help us celebrate with our sale on Aveda hair products now through the end of February.

We are looking for the right individual to join our front desk staff at our busy salon. Any salon experience is helpful but not necessary. Good people skills a must.
