At Harding Park in Ferndale this Saturday, I'll be offering both Yoga and a sound bath on behalf of Claddagh Chiropractic Wellness Center. I'd love to see familiar faces there. And the cost is really unbeatable - 1 for $10 or both for $15!

I have lovely news to share: Starting tomorrow at Claddagh Chiropractic Wellness Center in Ferndale, the crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, etc, will be coming with me to work for private sound healing sessions in one of the massage therapy rooms.

Availability will start off on Thursday afternoons for the next couple weeks and then shift to Tuesdays & Fridays. 🥰

I work at Claddagh Chiropractic and we're having a wellness fair today. I'll be seated in the waiting room with crystal singing bowls for anyone who wants to sit for sound meditation. Feel free to stop in if you're free. There'll be plenty of demos.
