As an ✏️ EDUCATION based salon we are constantly hiring new faces to train into the stylists they are meant to be.

Here at Alchemy Color Lab all new employees go through "The Refinery" a 12 point bootcamp that focuses on delivering amazing and consistent results with proven practices. During this program we offer opportunity days to those ready. On these days they are able stand behind the chair confident in their skills and start to grow a clientele while under the guide of our Lead & Master Artists.

Our goal is not only to provide safe space for them to learn and grow but to pair them with individuals open to the concept for a lower price point.

That is breakage and it can come from a multitude of reasons but once it’s there it does need to be addressed. The options are to cut the hair shorter to match or to add extensions to blend.
