You are searching for a breath of fresh air, a sense of calm, and hope. I work with individuals to learn which areas of their life they need to improve, including: relationships, self-image, boundaries, safety, and coping skills. In our work together we practice mindfulness, self-soothing and coping skills, creating routine and rituals, healthy boundaries and values exploration/ development. I am committed to giving my clients a warm and welcoming, safe place to share and express themselves authentically. I work from an empowerment, holistic, and wellness perspective. I believe choice, grounding, mindfulness and self-care are essential to ones growth and healing - all of which we will work on and practice together through therapy.
