We truly appreciate each and every one of you and are so grateful for your continued support.
To better serve all of our clients and make the best use of our appointment times, we are implementing a new cancellation and no-show policy.
Beginning immediately, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-show appointments, will incur a $25 fee.
When an appointment is missed or canceled at the last minute, it’s often too late for us to offer that time to another client, and it directly impacts our schedule and our team.
We completely understand that unexpected emergencies happen, and we’ll always do our best to work with you when they do.
