Policy change effective June 1, 2026

*A deposit of $25 will be charged to all NEW clients on their first appointment effective 6/01/2026. This deposit must be paid by invoice, cash, card, etc. before first appointment will be approved.
*In order to best serve the community, I agree to cancel my appointment within 24 hours of the service time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $25 (deposit forfeited for first time clients). This fee must be paid before another service is able to be booked, and will go towards the secondary appointment. Failure to show or cancel within the allotted time a second time, you do lose the $25 credit. Relaxation Station has the right to request or waive this fee at their discretion. This fee is non-refundable, and only transferable at Relaxation Station's discretion.
*A No-Call, No-Show will result in an invoice for the full cost of the scheduled service. Our therapists reserve this time specifically for you, and missed appointments without notice prevent us from offering that time to other clients.

• For chronic tension or pain: every 2–4 weeks
• For injury or recovery: weekly may be recommended
