And if you’re blonde? This matters even more.

How many times has your hair been toned? What lightener was used? What developer? What products have been layered onto your hair over the last year? Every one of those decisions affects your next appointment.

In many booth rental salons, each stylist operates their own independent business. That often means each chooses their own product lines, developers, toners, and techniques.
