If you haven’t scheduled your maintenance appointments please do, the schedule change is affecting everyone🫠

SCHEDULE CHANGE (FOR MY CLIENTS)
Starting in on September 8th my schedule will indefinitely be changing. For the first time both of my children will be attending school. I’ve decided that I would like to be more present in my home through out the week for them. Unfortunately this means evening appointments during the week will be extremely hard to come by.
The days I am in will not change but the hours will weekdays I will be in 9:15-5pm. Saturdays will start at 8 am so that I am able to be out of the salon a little earlier.
I will offer after hours appointments for a fee of $20 on top of the original appointment cost.
For scheduling I am requesting everyone book and keep all of their appointments for the month at one time this ensures that if you NEED those later appointments they don’t get taken by new clients who are online booking or even by clients who can be flexible and just prefer that time.
I have always had an open phone policy, and welcome you all to text me if need be! However lately it’s gotten hard for me to keep up on replying to these messages. Which is upsetting for me because I don’t want any client to be forgotten or feel ignored so if you are able to please book your appointments with me IN salon, or online at www.vagaro.com/willowsalonandspa (when booking online you may receive a text that the time you booked does not fit my schedule and may have to be moved up or down on that day. Because my schedule will be tighter every client HAS to fit perfectly in the schedule).
I appreciate every single one of you all. So many of you know me better than my friends do, you guys truly are the reason I keep showing up I wait for everyone’s appointments to be updated on your lives and successes. It brings me so much joy to work with all of you wonderful women.
