OCTOBER NEWSLETTER IS HERE, Y’ALL! 🍂🎃

Apparently it’s fall… even if Texas hasn’t gotten the memo. 😂

This month we’re talking tight muscles, dry skin, a little Controlled Chaos, and some fall self-care — because your shoulders shouldn’t be earrings and your skin shouldn’t feel like a lizard. 🤣

AND… I may have a little limited-edition fall goodness coming your way. 👀🔥🌊

Pumpkin spice? Nah. We do fall a little differently around here. 😉

Grab your coffee (or wine… I don’t judge 😂), check out the October newsletter, and don’t forget to get that massage booked before the holiday craziness begins!

Terry is an RN independent patient advocate navigating the healthcare system for her clients every single day. Today she was recognized as the health advocate of the year at the conference in Las Vegas. A well deserved recognition and for a wonderful and inspiring woman!

Give her a follow and educate yourself from her page posts. Some day you will thank me! 😊

We’ll have a fantastic mix of local vendors from the surrounding McKinney, Anna, and Melissa areas, including wellness services, therapy resources, concierge medicine, eye care, support groups, pharmacy resources, and more. We are so excited for you to get to know the many dozens of amazing people we have gotten to know!

We are also thrilled that the Texas Health Mammogram Bus will be on site!
