1 word SELF DISCIPLINE!!💯💯

So many of us lack self discipline because we seek immediate gratification, are easily distracted, and lazy!! The worst place to be in this journey is knowing how badly you want to reach a goal but you lack the self discipline necessary to get you there!!

This time I am committed to let discipline guide my steps when I am distracted!! Remembering that this fitness thing we on is a LIFESTYLE!!!
