I know this one’s obvious but how often do you still take the elevator instead? Five minutes climbing stairs burns up to 150 calories!

Go for walks.
If you’re groaning already, put incentives in place to boost your motivation. For example, I no longer subscribe to magazines – I walk to the corner store to pick up the latest issues.
