The power of a good brow is life changing. Not only does having a thicker brow give a younger appearance , it makes your cheek bones pop, opens up your eyes and literally frames your face🙌

Client had a bit of a high low brow , and a scar on her left brow, so we chose a Combo Brow due to skin type and shape goals.

I want my clients to have beautiful results , not just right after the service , but years down the road as well 💕

✨ Cover Up ✨

My beautiful client has microblading done 4 years ago by another artist . We had to go bold first session to cover up the old stuff . These will heal 30% lighter in color .

Many artists will not take on a client who has previous work done by another artist .

Why? Because they don’t want their name on work that isn’t going to be “ideal” . They want clients with a clean canvas so they can get their desired outcome . This is understandable.

However , I will ALWAYS take on a cover up client (if I believe it’s something I can work over)
Sure I might not get a clean slate to work with and I will have to color correct , work with scar tissue buildup , and a previous shape that isn’t my ideal shape ….but that’s ok! There is nothing more gratifying to me to be able to help women feel beautiful🥰

When choosing an artist to cover up old microblading/tattooing - please choose someone who has years of experience. Cover up work isn’t just color correcting. There are so many factors that go into it , a big one being scar tissue.

It takes an experienced artist to know when a client has scar tissue and how to work with it , what machine to use for it and why your using it.
I always go for a machine with at least a 3.2mm stroke - artists if you don’t know what this means you need to do some research on your machines to understand the tools of your trade 🙃

I am excited to see how these heal and will l post progress pictures when she comes back for her touch up in 8-12 weeks!
