In my latest video, I’m showing you how to steep Ajwain—a powerful traditional Indian herb known for its incredible digestive and soothing properties—together with nutrient-rich onion skins and fresh lemon.
Onion peels are naturally packed with antioxidants like quercetin, and when paired with warm ajwain seeds and bright lemon, you get a deeply cleansing, digestive-boosting herbal tea that works wonders! 🫖💫

Growing My Own Food! 🍍✨
I used to think I had zero green thumb every plant I touched seemed to struggle! But seeing how hard it’s getting to find real, natural produce with actual seeds, plus all the pesticides sprayed on grocery store food, I knew I had to give growing my own a shot.
If I can propagate and grow pineapples starting right from my kitchen window, anyone can do it! It takes a little patience, but taking control of what we feed ourselves and our families is so rewarding.
Give home growing a try you might just surprise yourself! 🌱💛
