Tip #4 ✨ How to Streamline your Work
Many of us have full time jobs, kids, businesses, and overall busy schedules. It’s easy to become overwhelmed with all there is to do!

Here are 3 simple tips to streamline your work process, getting more done in the same amount of time!
1. Turn off your social media and notifications. This will allow you to fully focus on the task in front of you! If you’re working on your computer or tablet, make sure to stay off the internet or any other things that aren’t work related.
2. Food! Make sure you’re eating. You’re brain can’t do the work you need it to do, if you’re under nourished. FOOD IS VITAL. Healthy snacks are key. My go to snacks when I’m working, but need to fuel my body are nuts and crackers, fruits and cheese, maybe a small bag of chips, something to add some nourishment to your body!
3. Con-cen-tra-tion! Do you guys remember that from grade school? Concentration is the game!! Keep yourself limited to one task at a time, and you’ll blow through your to do lists. While multitasking sounds great, it actually keeps you from applying all your effort to one task. Check things off one by one, your list will get shorter, and your brain will thank you!

Tip #3 ✨ How to Deal with your Anxiety
Many of us suffer from anxiety, it’s crippling, and can easily affect your daily life.

I’ve included 3 easy tips to manage your anxiety on a daily basis.

1. A regular schedule
Practice going to sleep and waking up at the same times. Make sure to wash your face, brush your teeth, and comb your hair daily. These little things will help you get your day off to a great start.
2. Eat healthy
Give your body nutritious foods and your brain will thank you. A healthy body leads to a healthy mind.
3. Sleep well
Try to get a minimum of 8 hours of sleep to allow your body and brain time to rest and re-set. Getting an adequate amount of sleep is vital for your brain, your body, mood, and so much more. Again, make sure you’re getting to bed around the same time each night to establish a routine.
