Qualifications
•
_Highly self-motivated individual_, who thrives in a self-managed environment and has a true entrepreneurial spirit
•
Understanding and adaptability with different and strong personality types is a must
•
Ability to have tough conversations if needed without wavering and in partnership with having an _'Ownership mentality' using words like "We" and "Us" to own that you are the face of Five One Nine Salon suites within your locations
•
Highly proficient with time management and organizational skills
•
Outgoing and personable individual, who loves to meet new people and can communicate effectively through text and verbal communications within a timely manner and at times with 10-30 stylists at any given time
•
Ability to maintain a _professional demeanor_ with both written and verbal communications to our customer, even under high stress situations

3-5 years of experience in a similar role
•
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
•
Reliable vehicle with active insurance

You will have a credit card to keep supply closet stocked with, tissue and cleaning products for the cleaning staff.
