So thankful to all of the people who make marathons such a huge inspiration! ! Thank you all who checked in and cheered and watched on tracking apps/websites. Happy to have completed another race even if the day didn’t go exactly as planned. Adapt and overcome !

Memorial 2025 😁

The end of an era . Welcome back to IG my Tik Tok peeps . Here’s some other things been on my mind this week. A delicious chopped Italian sandwich made by . Beautiful after work sunsets . And creating some healthy habits in life. 2025 is off to one heck of a start

Reflecting on January thus far…

CIM 2024

Man what an amazing experience. Marathons are no joke. 26.2 miles is a LONG WAY . Can’t believe I have ran from Folsom to Downtoan Sacramento, most days that drive sounds like it’s too far to do 😂. After my first marathon just two months prior I was in the mindset of never wanting to do it again. BUT ! I kept my word to myself and my commitment to do what I had signed up for. Even though I had only ran twice since October 😅

I couldn’t have done it without the support of she is always so confident and supportive when I need it most! Also my family and friends before/during/after the race. Thank you so much for being a part of that journey and snapping photos with me along the way! Those little stops with you guys boosted me for the miles ahead.

My goal this race was to just have fun and enjoy it. And I can proudly say that I fully committed to that goal, you can probably see by all the photos I had a great time! Will I do it again? We will see…

Onto the next adventure. CrossFit comp is what the focus is next !

From claiming to be “not a runner” to completing my first ever marathon and first ever organized race. Started running for the first time in April. Slowly packed on the miles and did my best to stick to somewhat of a plan. Thank you for sharing the journey, you’re a beast! (He finished top 100! ) crazy fast.

Couldn’t have done it without the love/support of all my girls thank you so much I love you ❤️❤️❤️

Had the goal of going Sub 4 hours and well by seconds I was able to accomplish that goal. But honestly by mile 20 I was just wanting to finish, time goals went out the window. The pain was REAL. Quads seized up, AirPods were dead, go-gels were all consumed . Thankfully the running community comes out to help tremendously, orange slices, otter pops, bananas , waters , electrolytes. Anything you would need is always just a few hundred meters away .

Honestly coming into the finish line was so emotional, so loud , so many people cheering you on. And you’re just trying to survive . Pain is temporary. Keep pushing .

On to the next adventure.

My weekends tend to fly by , and they seem way to short sometimes. But soaking up the memories and capturing little snippets of funny and happy moments will always help the long weeks of work ahead very worth it so we can enjoy these moments.

These girls are amazing and so funny !
Also got myself a little gift , very excited for these little weights that came in 😁
