Happy 42nd bday as myself. I hope this time next year I can look back on today and know I came through more than the year before. Thank you to everyone that reached out and told me happy birthday and made me feel special. Just a happy birthday is truly all I need to feel special so thank you. Thank you to my wifey for putting it all together and making me feel special.

This is how I get to start off my last day being 41. I’m so over being stuck in and out of hospitals. I realized I really miss just being focused on the ones I love and not myself. My love language is acts of kindness and since all this crap the energy I would spend on my loved ones were spent trying recoup myself. I was left with a short fuse for anything past that. 41 was my hardest years I have ever had to face. It was my most medical challenging year. I seen the inside of a mri and CTs 22 times. Over 30 X-rays, 100s blood draws lab testing. Hundreds and hundreds hours spent on seeing the inside a doctors office. Hand surgery, back surgery,tonsils and biopsies. I also lost so much of my business and clients because of lack of ability to being in the shop. My friendships were challenged but also understanding that everyone in my life is unique and also valuing what each person brings to your life. Sometimes you have to almost lose that to understand the finer details. So I’m posting this picture as a reminder to myself to leave 41 behind. One more back surgery and hopefully put this year in the dirt where it will stay. I’m not carrying any baggage from this year. Let’s go 42

Happy 21st bday my first born. It’s so hard to believe you’re 21. I actually didn’t get to celebrate my 21st bday really because you were only 10 weeks old. Life goes by so fast and here you are. I’m so proud of the women you are becoming. Love you to the moon and back.

Yes am still alive. Thank you to everyone who has stood by my these last 2-almost 3 months. This has probably been the hardest thing of my life. And it’s still a journey. My best friend told me “the best come of this, you will find out who is really there for you and the ones that aren’t meant to be won’t be” and she was right. I was scared of losing my clients I worked so hard to gain. And yet so many have stood by me and a blessing they have been. I truly can say I have the greatest clients I think of like family. And honestly the biggest shout out. To my P*P doctor. She has been trying to figure out my zebra and pulling out every medical book there is and because of that she found out a genetic disorder for the best 4 generations we didn’t know we had and its incredibly rare and why most doctors have probably on her looked it. She truly has been the biggest support in not giving up@on me when everyone else in the medical field has and I know it probably has been trying on her. And the biggest of My wife. She had sat through countless hours of ER hours and days is is incredibly the amount of patience she has grown and taking care of me and handling everything with our 4 teenagers. The min I find out the exact to everything I will share. Because others might be struggling with this and I want awareness for it.

Thank you everyone that has been so supportive of me during this rough time. Am so blessed to have my family, my besties and my clients. Thank you for loving me through this “please universe just go my way” but thank you, thank you , thank you I couldn’t do this without all of you. Special thank you too my wifey, Amanda and Krissie, they have sat with me through my ER visits and dealing with my random anxiety and stress of the unknown. I know this hasn’t been easy but am beyond grateful. And just a cute pictures of my babies. My blessings they make me smile.

My birthday is coming up and it’s so hard to believe am going to be 41. Where did the time go? I feel absolute blessed with what I have in life. I have amazing wife,kids and friends. My clients I absolutely adore and slowly I see my business coming along.
