Good Morning, Fam!
Lana’s Egg White Bites on Christmas Eve Morning!
Makes 16 egg Bites!
-4 cups of Lana's Egg Whites
-1 cup of mozzarella cheese
-1 cup of cottage cheese
-Salt & pepper
-1-2 cup of chopped spinach
-1-2 cup canned red pepper
1) preheat oven to 300
2) blend together, eggs, cheese & seasonings in blender.
3) grease a silicone muffin tray and play spinach and red pepper in bottom of tray.
4) pour egg mixture 3/4 of the way full.
5) bake in oven for 40 minutes (if still runny bake for five more minutes)

Don’t let these Holidays get you off track! Eating bad & adding sugar can bring in winter flu’s & colds! Don’t let that be you!!
Here are some tips from Team Lana Athletes Charity Clint Van D**e for getting back to your regularly scheduled programming after going off track!
1. Do NOT feel guilty about what you ate. Time spent with family and friends is priceless, so count your blessings rather than the calories you already consumed.
2. Drink more WATER. All the rich foods probably contained more sodium than your body is used to. Drinking more water will help flush out the extra water weight.
3. Again, get back on track. One (or two) days is not going to hurt you. The consistency over time is what will help you succeed.

Spending Sunday to meal prep for the week starting with:
Meal 1 - Oatmeal Pancake ( men’s portions are double)
* 1/2 cup Oats
* 1/2 cup
* Dash of Cinnamon
* Blueberries/Strawberries or your other favorite toppings
Directions:
* Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
* Pour on sprayed pan and cook until the egg whites absorb the oats.
* Top with berries or your favorite fruits.

4. Prep your proteins for the next few days. 1/2 hour of grilling, while rice is in rice cooker + bag of salad = successful meal prep 🙌🏼.
