Traditional Thai yoga massage
will be done on a matt on the floor, while being fully clothed in loose fitting, comfortable clothing. You can expect the practitioner to use their hands, forearms, knees, and
feet to move the body into each series of stretches in a fluid rhythm; often referred to as a healing dance,
or a meditation in movement. The central principal of TYM is
sharing Meta (or loving kindness) energy. This practice is a place to
hold space with a practitioner who has been trained to read the story your muscles tell of you. A safe place to
allow yourself the vulnerability of letting go of what you have
unknowingly held on to. Namaste.
