From what I’ve seen lately from new clients it’s starting to feel like there is a lack of care & attention to detail with stylists all while still charging luxury pricing🥲 I understand we absolutely cannot be perfect all the time and we have life still happening behind the scenes but at the end of the day you chose a SERVICE FOCUSED career. Your years behind the chair doesn’t just automatically entitle you to high prices. We’re losing the plot here as service providers. Our goal should always be to provide the most exceptional service we can given the circumstances and education level as a stylist & if for whatever reason the client isn’t happy with something FIX IT FOR FREE without arguing with them if it’s within a week of the service you provided and this isn’t a constant thing with said client& DO NOT tell them how they should feel even though I know it’s hard to let your pride down in those moments. It is not your place even if you think you did a good job. Clients notice these things I promise ❤️‍🔥
